Homemade Chicken/Juicing Pulp Burger

Chicken burger patties, 1 naan bread per patty, salsa, lettuce in place of the top bun
Spanish quinoa/couscous

1 pound ground chicken
juicing pulp
1/2 cup of oats

Fry diced onion and garlic, mix in juicing pulp, a little water and whatever spices you want.
After it cools, pulse in a food processor
mix the juicing pulp with ground chicken (50/50 of each) and a 1/2 cup of oats
form into patties
