Looks like dad's doing very well. He's not even taking any tylenol 3's. I should have taken them for myself. Looks like they chopped out all the bad stuff so no need for anyone to worry.I'm more worried for myself as mom was feeding me postachio's and sunflower seeds and trying to kill me.

Why are we being so careful about the nuts when we bake for you? Perhaps I should follow your mom's lead! So happy the more grown up Ito is doing well. Come back soon so we can bug you at work.
